RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you enjoy the Products as much as we do. In the unlikely event that you’ve changed your mind about a Product and it’s within 20 days of receipt of your order, we’ll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

If you’ve decided to cancel the order you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products according to our Refund Policy.

In order for refunds or exchanges to be approved the returned product and packaging must be sealed, hasn’t been used and is in a re-saleable condition

Products are returned at your own risk. Damaged caused by courier services are not our responsibility.

REFUNDS POLICY

We will refund the price of the Products and our standard Shipping costs specific to the cost of shipping of the returned product if you have:

  • Cancelled the order prior to the dispatch of the order from our warehouse; or
  • returned any unwanted Products to us within 20 days of your order;

Refunds will only be made to the same credit card or Debit Card originally used for the order.

When returning an item back to our warehouse, please allow up to 20 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES POLICY

If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the Product and the product has not been used & is in a re-saleable condition, please let us know on the Dispatch Note and by sending the information to sales@aminaskincare.com with the returned Product. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the Product, we will provide a refund.
